Warranty Service

All machines are supplied with a warranty valid upon presentation of a completed warranty card and proof of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

When the Warranty Does Not Apply

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Improper operation or negligent use
Failure to follow installation, operating, and maintenance instructions
Use of non-original or incompatible components
External factors such as fire, flooding, natural disasters, or transport-related damage
Prolonged periods of non-use

System Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance of the atmospheric water generator, periodic servicing and replacement of consumable components such as filters, UV lamps, and other wear parts are required.

Regular maintenance helps maintain high water quality and ensures maximum system efficiency and long-term reliability.
